When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume collection launches.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as face masks and final sale products, are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
How do I know which size to buy?
Each product page features a specific size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our measurements to ensure the best fit, as our fits range from oversized to standard.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. Please double-check your shipping address and cart items before finalizing your purchase.
