Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Teddy Fresh gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition collaborations and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, including all tags and polybags, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
